Sewon-Vertex Heavy Industry LLP is a domestic machine–building plant founded in 2004, since 2011 it has been part of the Gateway Group of companies. The main direction is the design, procurement, production, testing, installation and repair of complex technological capacitive equipment made of steel for the needs of the oil and gas, mining, petrochemical, energy and construction industries: 1. Capacitive equipment, including pressure vessels, storage tanks for various liquids; 2. Columns, reactors, oil and gas separators, filter separators; 3. Heat exchange equipment, including shell-and-tube heat exchangers and air cooling units (ABO); 4. Scraper start-up and reception chambers; 5. Metal structures of various complexity. The plant has experience in manufacturing equipment from various steels and alloys: carbon, stainless, nickel-based alloys Inconel and Incolloy, titanium and aluminum alloys The design and manufacture of products is carried out in accordance with the requirements of national and international standards: ASME (stamps U, U2, PP, S, R and registration in NB), API, BSEN, DIN, SSPC, GOST, TR CU, SSPC-QP1, QP3, etc.
